We support Indigenous individuals and families to recognize the beauty of being well in their own body, mind, and spirit. Valuing your sovereignty is what guides my practice.

White Deer Wellness places great importance on the power of connection. By focusing on the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual parts, we can increase our self-awareness of the challenges we face and connect with new ways to bring peace and joy into our lives. Grounded in self-compassion, White Deer Wellness offers the tools to explore what wellness means to you and to go forward with confidence and love of your true Indigenous self.
Whether we meet for a walk, sitting in a park, or in your own home, the goal is to come to you wherever you are most comfortable. I am guided by my Metis matriarch's practice of visiting as part of kinship care.

Our Mission
White Deer Wellness aims to facilitate self-compassion of the self by empowering individuals and families to envision meaningful lives that deepen self-awareness, self-compassion, and an acknowledgement of the beauty of life and our place in it.
White Deer Wellness provides a variety of services to ensure that each individual's needs are met and respected. From anxiety, depression, and self-harm to emotional regulation and radical compassion, we work with you to help you find the answers that you are looking for so that you can move forward in a positive direction.
Nicole Roy, MC/CCC, BSW/RSWHi, I'm Nicole. I am the sixth generation of Metis women who have lived on the river lands surrounding Batoche, St. Louis, Bellevue, and Hoey, Saskatchewan.
I have 10+ years of experience working in healthcare, child and family services, and counselling. Having worked in our health system, let us explore the ways we as Indigenous peoples maintain health and find ways we can improve our overall wellbeing. I completed my Masters in Counselling, and gained experience in Northern Saskatchewan and worked in several First Nation communities. I respect that I am a visitor to your healing journey. Let us visit, share, laugh, and honour our ways of being. I honour where I come from and I am proud of my Indigeneity. Let us connect and find ways to awaken your inner beauty and to live life in your version of wellness and peace. |
